Brief:

I am an individual hailing from India, with my formative years spent in this diverse country. In 2018, I earned a degree in Computer Applications from MG University Kottayam, Kerala. In pursuit of further education, I ventured to Germany in 2021.

My journey led me to complete an MBA from UE Berlin in 2022. This marked the beginning of my professional endeavours, where I contributed to Getir in diverse capacities, particularly supporting the Central Operations team through Training and Development efforts.

In October 2022, I embarked on an enriching internship journey as a Sales Operations Associate at Spectrm Publishing UG, concluding this immersive experience in August 2023.

Presently, working as a RevOps Associate supporting the Sales, Marketing and CS teams.

  • Administered the Salesforce Sales platform in a custom profile, optimizing workflow efficiency.
  • Developed and implemented HubSpot lists and notification workflows for process automation, improving productivity.
  • Customized Salesforce features and conducted extensive testing in the Sandbox environment (SPICED framework, Account Teams) to enhance platform functionality.
